2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place with us. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

3. Our contract with you

Your order is an offer to buy from us. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract comes into existence between us. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. The products

Product images are for illustration. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen. Sizing guidance is given on our size guide page and is a guide, not a guarantee of fit — which is why we offer 30 days to change your mind.

The Posture Bra is designed to support your posture during everyday wear. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Our delivery timescales and costs are set out in our shipping policy. If we have not delivered within 30 days of purchase, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

7. Your right to cancel

You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel, and our own 30-day promise on top of it. Both are explained in our returns and refunds policy.

8. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

We are not liable for business losses. We supply products for domestic and private use only.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, imagery, design and the Carriage & Co. name and marks — belongs to us. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

12. Your data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, email hello@carriageandco.co.uk with your order number and we will put it right.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
