Will it show under my clothes?

That's the whole point of it. There are no wires, no hardware and no visible straps — the support sits in soft panels across the back, under a seamless finish. It's built to disappear under a silk shirt, a fine knit, a white cotton tee.

What does it actually do?

It encourages your shoulders to sit open and your upper back to stay long while you're wearing it. It isn't a brace and it isn't a treatment — think of it as a quiet, constant reminder rather than a correction. Nothing about it is dramatic, which is rather the point.

Is it a medical device?

No. The Posture Bra is a garment designed for everyday support and comfort. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have a diagnosed back or spinal condition, or you're pregnant or recently postnatal, have a word with your GP or physiotherapist before wearing it.

Does it replace my everyday bra?

Yes — it's worn on its own, as you would any everyday bra. It's wireless, with light shaping at the front, so it's a straightforward swap for a soft-cup or T-shirt bra rather than something you layer. The support that matters is at the back, not in the cups.

Can I wear it to exercise?

For yoga, pilates, a long walk or a gentle class, yes. For running or anything high-impact, wear a proper sports bra. This one is built for the eight hours you spend at a desk, not the forty minutes you spend on a treadmill.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash cool, or machine wash cool in a laundry bag on a delicate cycle. Reshape it and dry flat, away from direct heat. No tumble drying, no ironing, and no fabric conditioner — it coats the fibres and takes the stretch out over time.

Which size should I order?

Two measurements — your underbust and your bust — and the table on our size guide. If the two point to different sizes, follow the underbust: it's the band that anchors everything.

I'm between sizes. Up or down?

Up. A band that's a fraction too tight is a band you'll be quietly undoing by three o'clock, and support you don't wear isn't support. The full reasoning is on the size guide.

What if it doesn't fit when it arrives?

Email us and we'll arrange a different size, free, within 30 days. Try it on properly before the tags come off — there's a five-point fit check on the size guide worth two minutes of your time.

When will my order arrive?

Free delivery arrives within 5 to 8 working days of your order being placed. Express delivery arrives within 3 to 5. You'll receive a confirmation email straight away and a tracking link the moment your order is on its way.

How much is delivery?

Free delivery is included on every order — there is nothing to add at checkout. If you'd like it sooner, express delivery is £4.98 and takes 3 to 5 working days rather than 5 to 8.

Where do you ship?

The United Kingdom, for now.

Can I return it?

Thirty days from the day it arrives, no explanation required, and we cover the cost. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel sits alongside that — both are set out in our returns and refunds policy.
