Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within one to two working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it is on its way.

Delivery options

Free delivery — included on every order, with nothing to add at checkout. Arrives 5 to 8 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery — £4.98. Arrives 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

In practice, most orders arrive within 6 to 10 working days of being placed, or 4 to 7 working days with express delivery.

If your order is late

Delivery windows are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or peak periods. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always do what we can to help.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 14 days. We will investigate with the carrier and either replace your order or refund it in full.
