A tracking link follows the moment your parcel is on its way.

5 to 8 working days with free delivery. 3 to 5 with express.

Thirty days to live in it before you commit either way.
Delivery
Free delivery is included on every order. There is no minimum, nothing to add at checkout, and no threshold to work out. It arrives within 5 to 8 working days of your order.
Express delivery is £4.98 and arrives within 3 to 5 working days. You can choose it at checkout.
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery windows are estimates and can occasionally slip with the carrier. If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of your order, you can cancel and we will refund you in full. The complete terms are in our shipping policy.
If it isn't right
A bra bought without trying it on is a small leap of faith. Thirty days is enough to take it properly — under a shirt, at a desk, through a real day — before you decide.
There is no form to fill in and no reason to give.
One
Email us with your order number.
Two
We reply within one working day with what to do next.
Three
We arrange a different size, or a refund. We cover the cost.
Four
Refunds return to your original payment method.
Please keep the tags on until you have decided. Trying it on is expected, and there is a five-point fit check on the size guide that takes two minutes.
Separately from our thirty days, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a statutory 14-day right to cancel, beginning the day after delivery. And if anything arrives faulty or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Both are set out in our returns and refunds policy.
